On March 8, 2025, The Maroon Room came alive with the spirit of strength, creativity, and change as it hosted the Neoteric Forum—a unique celebration in honor of International Women’s Day 2025.
This one-of-a-kind evening brought together powerful voices from across the region, shining a spotlight on women who are redefining narratives in culture, wellness, and innovation.

The event kicked off with a compelling panel discussion featuring an extraordinary lineup of women leaders:
Theyie Keditsu (aka Mekhala Mama) – Poet, academic, fashion icon, and cultural conservationist.
Ruchi Barah – Former NIT professor turned certified fitness and nutrition coach.
Avantika Roohi Haflongbar – Cultural content creator and storyteller.

The panel explored themes of identity, empowerment, and the changing role of women in shaping contemporary society. It was a space where deep thought met candid conversation, creating a ripple of inspiration for all in attendance.

On the wellness front, Mansi Patni brought her expertise as a nutritionist and lifestyle coach to the fore, presenting a carefully curated spread of wholesome, nutrient-rich dishes that prove healthy eating can be indulgent too.

Chili Tofu & Edamame – Stir-fried with chili garlic sauce, this protein-rich dish was a bold mix of heat and umami.
Lotus Stem & Water Chestnuts – Lightly tossed in burnt garlic glaze, offering a crunchy,

A Decadent Debut: Malin Timungpi’s Signature Creations

Known for her refined palate and artistic flair, Malin Timungpi unveiled four signature desserts. Each dish was not just a treat for the taste buds, but also a celebration of creativity and craftsmanship—an ode to dessert as art.
Mizu Blueberry Bowl: A silky cream cheese crèmeaux base with a vibrant blueberry compote, delicately topped with a crisp tuille.
Pineapple Raffaello: Coconut pineapple almond Frasier layered with pineapple compote and coconut white chocolate mousse.
Ichigo Crimson Bloom: A modern take on the strawberry cheesecake, adorned with fresh strawberries and abstract plating.
Gianduja Dream: Velvety Nutella mousse inside a crispy chocolate shell, finished with white chocolate cream and served with vanilla ice cream.
